I’m more than happy to travel across the UK for your wedding. Please note that if the location is more than three hours away from West Yorkshire, a small travel expense will be added. However, I want to assure you that this cost is minimal.

If you’re planning a small, intimate event or a special photoshoot, this package is ideal for you. The Intimate Package includes 1.5 hours of coverage and around 100 edited, high-quality images delivered via a private online gallery.
It’s perfect for civil ceremonies with fewer than 10 guests, or for a unique photoshoot with your partner in wedding attire or casual clothes. This package also is a wonderful gift for loved ones.

How the Process Works with Me

Once you reach out through my website contact form, I’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm if I’m available for your wedding date. If you haven’t heard from me after this time, don’t hesitate to DM me on Instagram or Facebook.

If that happens, I’m happy to recommend other talented photographers whose style is similar to mine.
Online meeting
We’ll schedule a Google Meet call at a time that works best for you. During this call, we’ll chat about your wedding day plans, ideas, and how I can fit into your vision. It’s the perfect chance to ask any questions and make sure we’re a great match.
Contract & Deposit
Once you’ve decided to move forward, I’ll send over the contract for you to sign digitally, along with an invoice for the 25% deposit. As soon as these are taken care of, your date is officially secured!
Final online meeting
Around 2 months before your wedding, we’ll have a final online meeting to discuss the timeline and go over all the important details, so everything runs smoothly on the big day.
Your wedding day
On your wedding day, I’ll arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before the scheduled start time to familiarize myself with the venue and get settled in. I work in a relaxed and natural way, ensuring that I capture every special moment without disrupting the flow of your day.

What is the booking process?
Once you’ve confirmed that you’d like to proceed with your booking, a £300 deposit is required to secure your date in my schedule, along with a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your wedding date.
